Community Needs
At United Way, we embarked on a journey to bring key stakeholders in the community together for one large, comprehensive Community Needs Assessment to ensure that all within our community are working together to move the needle forward on the most pressing issues impacting people within our community.

- AI Community Insights Navigator Link: This custom AI link utilizes information from this process to provide answers from hundreds of pages of material to assist with planning, grant writing, and programming. Ask plain-language questions for sourced answers on demographics, Social Determinants of Health, access, surveys, priorities, gaps, and assets.
- Community Health Needs Assessment: Compiling Data collected during the assessment process
- Compression Planning Summary Report: Showcasing the highlights from a one day seminar in which community leaders came together to discuss results of the Community Health Needs Assessment
- Community Health Improvement Plan: Showcasing the next steps the community outlined that need tackled in order to move the needle on the 6 Priority Health Needs
